Comfort Inn Cadillac

The customer service here is exemplary they went above and beyond to help after booking.com sent wrong virtual card number (it was declined over and over) it had already been processed on my cc. Booking.com has AI working for them in customer service no humans on Sunday night and they kept repeating they needed a valid booking number. The management did finally override booking information. The room was clean and breakfast was awesome.

Excellent price, easily accessible location, clean rooms, great breakfast and fabulous staff. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, however rooms are very comfortable and well stocked. Nice pool and hot tub.

My 1st time at the Comfort Inn of Cadillac. Despite the weather, they managed to keep the floors clean and safe even with a full house. The staff was great. My compliments to the staff.

Stayed for 3 days. The hot tub and pool are nice. The hot tub is small, so don't go at prime time. Pool towels are so small. Needed like 3 to dry off. Was kinda ridiculous. Hot continental breakfast was mediocre. We did notice they changed the breakfast options daily, but we went elsewhere for breakfast. The beds were nice and comfortable.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a booking down the street but saw that was currently going through renovations so we decided to stay here instead for cheaper and looked already renovated. I am glad we switched! The staff was great that I interacted with and helpful. The rooms were clean and I tear a room apart making sure it's clean before bringing my things in. The mattresses were spotless and looked new. Everything was very comfortable. The design, layout and use of space was great. I wish there was a coat rack or hooks near the door instead of just the chest on the far end of the room. Honestly this is my biggest complaint so that says a lot! It was well stocked with supplies and the refrigerator was already on and ready. (Many places turn it off or warmer when no one's in the room.) The room was quiet, got dark and we noticed very little activity even though I know there are people directly across from us and service animals. We left the shade open and watched the snow for a little while because it was pretty outside. Breakfast was typical of hotels and everything was full and still ready at 9am. Pool was a nice temp to enjoy and hot tub was perfect and relaxing. After 9pm there's an issue with the door so we had to get front desk staff to come let us in which was slightly annoying being the other end of the building. We were skiing at Caberfae so it was a little out of the way but the 25 minute drive wasn't bad to get us near more restaurants and stores to visit.
